The problem with Fredrik Andersson’s levels is that you go in expecting to see how a master tileset maker used his own creations, and then you find almost nothing but default assets. It’s a huge letdown. Now that I’ve dashed your hopes, you’ll find in Core an enjoyable experience. The story is good. The level design is a little rough but attractive. There are some painfully hard moments unfortunately, but I still consider Core a worthy play.
